Another Black and Red Combo Reaches the Nike Air Max Plus

It’s the Air Max Plus’s 25th anniversary this year, and Nike have been celebrating in the classic Tuned way by dropping a plethora of wild colourways, both new and old! Next up for the infamous TN is a Black/Red combo that makes the model look as tough as ever.

Dressed in the signature gradient, the entire mesh upper and veins have been ensconced in a black-to-red gradient fade, further accentuated by the eye-catching mudguard, toe cap and heel. Elsewhere, the seven-bubble beauty boasts a coloured Air bag, white Swoosh and midsole. All the usual TN branding details are present, including rear Tuned logo and Air tongue motif.

In other TN news, the Black/Red will follow the release of the ‘Reverse Grape’ and Knicks-inspired pair, alongside the special edition ‘Marseille’ and leaked Patta x Nike ‘FC Barcelona’. There’s also been plenty of rumours swirling about a ‘Hyper Blue’ retro, said to arrive in 2024.

An exact release date of the Nike Air Max Plus ‘Black/Red’ hasn’t been announced just yet, but you can expect pairs to land at select Tuned stockists over the coming weeks.
