New Balance aren’t strangers to adopting a sustainable approach, and the new Test Run PRJ 3.0 is their latest model to lead the charge. Created in the New Balance Global Design Center by footwear designer Seth Maxwell, the sneaker is made from surplus materials, limiting the disposal of waste.
For the Test Run PRJ 3.0, the NB Global Design Center took up the challenge of taking an existing Vibram midsole and creating a limited edition silhouette using surplus materials. This means each pair of the sneaker is completely unique, with no two pairs – or even two shoes – ever looking exactly alike.
The New Balance Test Run PRJ 3.0 releases on November 15 at retailers such as Extra Butter, as well as New Balance.
