Dropping Soon: adidas Yeezy 500 High 'Mist Stone'
is kicking off October with a new colourway. First in June 2021, the 'Mist Slate' is the first Yeezy 500 High to arrive since the and 'Tactile Orange' editions hit shelves in May.
Seen in its standard form above and via in-hand shots below, the 'Mist Slate' edition plays with texture by contrasting its bulbous-yet-smooth neoprene base layer with shaggy suede overlays. It's one of the lighter-coloured Yeezy 500 High styles we've seen in 2021, but brings some concrete flair into the mix with steel grey tongues and toggle laces. A signature adiPRENE midsole completes the look.
Though the Yeezy 500 High 'Mist Slate' currently awaits an official release confirmation from adidas, reports it will arrive October 4 and retail for $220 USD. Of note, however, is that Yeezy Supply's ever-present countdown clock is currently ticking away the time until October 10 – possibly meaning that the 'Mist Slate' will release then or that another Yeezy will be following in its footsteps.
