Here's When the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 1000s Are Dropping

The New Balance 1000 is officially back after the Boston-based brand decided to dive into their archives and resurrect the 1999 model. Already, the NB1000 has been part of a collaboration with Joe Freshgoods and a GR silver-adorned pair also touched down late last month. There’s also been a constant influx of rumours and leaks stating that Aimé Leon Dore is the model’s next collaborator, and now Teddy Santis has taken to his socials to confirm the upcoming linkup.

We aren’t surprised that ALD will be receiving their own version of the NB1000, because Teddy Santis is at the helm of the NB's MADE in USA line after all. Plus, there’s been plenty of leaks hinting at the linkup, and usually in the sneakersphere, when there’s smoke there’s fire. Imagery of the colab, which was teased on Santis’s story, hosts the regular construction with no major changes, albeit a few ALD branding details. The colourway is perfect fodder for IG mood boards, boasting crisp white with subtle grey accents throughout.
