Revealed at the top of 2021, the Nike GO FlyEase was a shoe designed with accessibility in mind. It's a hands-free sneaker, one that can be put on and kicked off without bending over thanks to its 'tensioner', a strong-yet-flexible midsole band that works in tandem with a hinge apparatus under the arch. Though the primary market for the GO FlyEase was consumers who struggled to tie their shoes, its advanced tech and unique look made it sell out quickly – a bit of an unforeseen firestorm for Nike, as many pairs went to resellers instead of the customers who actually needed them!
However, there are several more GO FlyEase colourways on the way, one of which is this bold blue makeup. Revealed shortly after a black and gum pair, the new style supplies a two-tone blue upper that's accented by a tan and white midsole with just a hint of hot red on the arch hinge. The signature 'tensioner' borrows the navy hues of the upper to complete the look.
If you're looking to step into a pair of these new FlyEase sneakers, you'll have to be patient: a release date hasn't been announced at the time of writing. However, this blue colourway is likely to release in the early days of 2022 for $120.
