Leaked: The Drake x Nike Air Force 1 ‘Certified Lover Boy’
Grammy-award winning artist continues to to the sneaker realm, set to drop his brand new album Certified Lover Boy alongside a celebratory colourway. Drizzy and the Swoosh have been busy lately, with the also slated for a release in the coming months. Nevertheless, this simple yet classy rework of the AF-1 will likely be the hotter commodity among Drake and sneaker fans alike.
Opting for a less-is-more approach, Drake has finessed a classic ‘Triple White’ colourway, with the upper constructed with what looks to be premium tumbled leather. Additionally, the lining, branding and laces wear a matching hue. Taking a look down below, you’ll notice the matching midsole has a few distinct change-ups, most notably the ‘AIR’ text replaced with distinct cursive font spelling out ‘Love You Forever’ – a reference to the upcoming LP. As always, Drake tugs at the heartstrings, swapping out the sole’s trademark star detailing for tiny hearts. Oh, the feels!
