Is adidas’ Post-Yeezy Era Fast Approaching?
News on this release was first published on December 20, 2022.
Update December 22, 2022: Following a 350 V2 'Granite' leak, @masterchefian of Private Selection has revealed another 'non-Yeezy' Yeezy. According to the source, adidas are set to release an unbranded 500. This news is yet to be officially confirmed, but stay locked to Sneaker Freaker for further updates!
Ever since the news broke earlier this year that adidas would be ending its relationship with Yeezy, the sneaker world has been anticipating what would be coming next. Of course, adidas stated that it would be forging on without Ye and continuing production of formerly Yeezy-branded product.
As divisive as this fact was and still is, it appears that the first batch of sneakers from this new adi era is on the horizon. According to whispers on the internet via @influencedrops, the first model to be released will be the 350 V2 in a ‘Granite’ colourway, which can be seen via early e-comm imagery (no longer backed by cream). Its lateral view has been revealed, with the rest of the shoes remaining to be seen – notably, the insoles, which were historically branded with both adidas and Yeezy.
