Sneakerheads are located in cities all around the world, and many of those cities have inspired their own sneakers. Every city-themed sneaker says something different. To shed some light on the greatest releases, we've carefully curated a two-part series.

With only 202 pairs made, the upper rocks artwork from French artist Bernard Buffet. And the paintings were added to each shoe differently, so no two pairs are the same!

Both designs were inspired by the iconic hackney carriage taxi, with each model dressed in black leather plus pops of orange throughout.
Only 150 pairs of each were made, so for scarcity alone they deserve to be on the list.

Equipped with GORE-TEX, the size? x adidas Gazelle 'London' launched back in 2016. Dressed in a red and black combo, this collaborative crep was released as part of a celebratory pack for the Gazelle's 50th birthday.
The specialised colourway was inspired by London's well-known pillar boxes. Down below, a clean gum sole was the expert finishing touch.

There have been quite a few Air Max 95s inspired by the city of London, but this remains a firm favourite for many Air enthusisasts in the United Kingdom. Hitting stores back in 2008, Nike dressed this model in all black, while gold accents were applied to resemble a map of London.

Back in 2011, Nike released a Free Run+2 pack that represented five different cities – each possessing their own running club or crew.
Nike ordained different colours that they felt represented each city, covering the entire upper in the chosen hue. Burgundy was chosen for Shanghai, 'Pine Green' for Rio de Janeiro, 'Anthracite' for New York, black for Tokyo, and khaki for London.

The adidas ZX Flux 'City Pack' takes the city theme quite literally – with satellite imagery of selected locations plastered across each upper.
The satellite imagery was taken back in 2014, mapping Berlin, London, New York, and Moscow. Team Trefoil then went and repurposed those images to create a cool collection of ZX Flux. Pretty neat, huh?

Yet another Nike SB Dunk Low for the list! The 2003 'London' iteration is an absolute Grail-worthy crep, decked out in a tonal grey look with the River Thames embroidered on the lateral heel.
