The NEUTRA x BYBORRE Simbiosi Has Arrived

It’s a runner’s world right now, and NEUTRA are well and truly in the thick of it with a brand new silhouette in collaboration with BYBORRE. The two performance shoe brands are fresh off their first collaboration together from late last year, which took on NEUTRA’s HAKONE TRAINER and even added on a Vibram outsole. Their newest project creates a new silhouette called the Simbiosi, which is a ‘result of merging each brand’s identity into a single product, fuelled by the concept of a symbiosis,’ says Bertrand Aznar, the Creative Director at NEUTRA.

Aznar continues, ‘We started this design process through an intense workshop with BYBORRE, which catalyzed innovative thinking, enabling ideas to flow freely and boundaries to dissolve. The collaborative journey with Borre himself led to this widely new silhouette’.

The textile upper is crafted with quality sustainable materials and reworks BYBORRE’s signature patterns and palettes – each shoe even has a completely unique pattern cut-out. It is paired with a chunky but lightweight Vibram Megagrip rubber outsole, and it is the very first model to ever showcase Vibram’s Sphike Wrap outsole. NEUTRA remain committed to quality craftsmanship and have continued to use premium Italian leather and assemble their sneakers in France.

The new NEUTRA x BYBORRE Simbiosi first debuted at Milan Fashion Week in 2023, and will drop on April 18 in limited quantities via NEUTRA.
