Update November 20, 2023: After dropping via A Ma Maniére's channels last week, the 'Dawn' colourway has now been loaded onto SNKRS and select retailers with a release date of November 27. Seems like there are no signs of slowing down for James Whitner and the Whitaker Group as they continue to collaborate with the and on a consistent basis. have put their mark on the numerous Air Jordans, and the is up next for brand, with a drop date set for later this holiday season.
It looks like the pre-aged look on sneakers is going to stick around for a while, and it's made its way onto this collaborative Air Jordan 5. The design features pre-yellowed netting on the tongue and quarter panels, which look to be in a repeating pattern featuring A Ma Maniére's ‘A’ logo. As the AJ5 is known to be a bit chunky, they’ve slimmed the sneaker down on the ankle collar and tongue, with the latter featuring A Ma Maniére branding and the Jumpman on the respective left and right reflective tongues. A grey 'Photon Dust' leather upper with 'Diffused Blue' accenting makes up the upper, with iconic AJ5 design features including the 23 branding on the lateral heel, Nike Air branding on the heel, and the P-51-inspired flames on the midsole. The pre-aged look is also seen on the yellowed outsole with the Jumpman appearing to finish off the sneaker.
