This New Supreme Book Catalogues 30 Years of T-Shirts

Supreme 30 Years: T-Shirts 1994-2024Supreme 30 Years: T-Shirts 1994-2024

Iconic New York skate behemoth Supreme kicked off in 1994, and one of the first things they sold at their Lafayette St location were t-shirts. They played a critical role in building the brand from an elusive cool-guy skate store to the megalithic streetwear giant they are today. Every store opening, celebratory occasion and collection is marked with a special graphic tee, and they’ve featured a broad range of celebrities such as Mike Tyson, Lou Reed, Miley Cyrus and even Kermit the Frog.

This year actually marks 30 years of Supreme, and to celebrate, they are compiling a three-piece anthology that explores their extensive catalogue of t-shirts. The volumes total 1600 pages and feature the entire archive of t-shirts, including rarities that never saw public release. Within the first volume, you can find tees from 1994-2011, with highlights such as the Coca Cola tee and bootleg LV box logo. The second volume covers 2012-2018, and includes the collaborative Thrasher tee. In the last volume, you’ll find creations from 2019-2024, including the homage to the Mariah Carey Merry Christmas album.

The celebratory book, Supreme 30 Years: T-Shirts 1994-2024, will launch through the skate brand's channels on April 25, arriving in Japan and Seoul on April 27.
