First Look: Y-3's Spring/Summer 2019 Collection is Impressive

has given us a look at  new Spring/Summer 2019 footwear offerings at Paris Fashion Week. Arguably Yohji’s best work in years, the collection introduces a brand new silhouette and updates some lineup staples.

Showcased alongside the brand’s latest apparel, we peeped updated versions and colourways of the Kasabaru, , and . However, it was the new Raito Racer that stole the show with its progressive design and eye-catching aesthetic. Decked out with the usual Primeknit and BOOST tech, Y-3’s latest footwear also makes use of Digital Light Synthesis — a technology that’s a ‘breakthrough in shoe design’, according to the brand.

No official word from Yohji and co. regarding a release date, but we expect the collection to hit select Y-3 retailers very soon. Stay tuned!
