New Off-White x Nike SS19 Collection Debuts in Paris

Virgil Abloh Off White Nike Spring Summer 2019 Paris 1
Virgil Abloh Off White Nike Spring Summer 2019 Paris 2

has taken his latest designs to the runway — or the track, rather — in Paris as he's unveiled his highly anticipated x collaboration for SS19.

Hot on the heels of the Abloh unveiled earlier this week, the Paris Fashion Week show showcased the entirety of the upcoming Off-White x Nike women's release. Not only did the show and collection offer a clear track and field-inspired theme, but athletes Dina Asher Smith, Vashti Cunningham, Cecilia Yeung, English Gardner, Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Nafi Thaim, Caterine Ibarguen, and Rénelle Lamote all walked in the show.

In addition to a bevy of co-branded sportswear and track suits (as well as a fashion-forward nod to the dress to rock at this year's U.S. Open), the range features takes on the Zoom Vaporfly Elite Flyprint, Zoom Fly SP, and Zoom Fly Flyknit. Two conceptual designs also hit the runway: one based on the Zoom Fly, the other a nod to the Waffle Racer.

'Sport, like fashion, shares a common language that seeks to unite cultures, break down barriers and celebrate the power of the human spirit,' says Abloh. 'This season, I was inspired by the voice of the athlete and the power of sport to impact positive and transformative change globally.'

Stay tuned for a more in-depth look at the collection, as well as concrete release info for the 2019 drop.
