and  have linked up to pay homage to Jerry Stackhouse's playing journey from the 76ers to the Nets with this fresh new  release. A playful pun adorns the embroidered insole 'FILAdelphia' – we love a good pun – and the entire sneak comes coloured up in the Sixers deadly red, blue and white scheme. Read the back story (via UBIQ) below and prepare to procure from this Saturday the 9th at both  UBIQ and Packer Shoes in-store and online.

In 1995, a first round NBA draft pick by the name of Jerry Stackhouse was selected to play for the 76ers. Hyped as the 'Next Jordan' due to his similarities with MJ playing at North Carolina, being #3 in the draft, and height measurements at 6′ 6″. In his first season with the Sixers, Stack dropped an average of 19.2 points a night to make the All-Rookie First Team. Soon after Allen Iverson was drafted in ’97, the two young guns helped bring Philadelphia back to basketball prowess. His career later brought him to the Detroit Pistons, Washington Wizards, and Dallas Mavericks along with a few brief stints in Milwaukee, Miami, and Atlanta. Stackhouse made his last stop not too far from Philly, he joined the Nets as they made the move from New Jersey to Brooklyn, where he would ultimately retire.
During Stack’s rookie season with the Sixers he got himself a signature shoe, the FILA Stackhouse, a pair that he would wear up until his last days on court. Re-released as the FILA Spaghetti, the shoes include same detailing as the OG silhouette. Honoring Stackhouse’s NBA journey from the Sixers to the Nets, we got together with our friends at FILA and Packer Shoes for a special release of the UBIQ x Packer Shoes x FILA Spaghetti ‘FILAdelphia’.
