Combining the new-age 720 Air Max unit and a futuristic upper construction, the Jordan Proto-Max 720 is arguably the most fascinating sneaker in the brand’s Flight Utility lineup. The silhouette has laid dormant since its reveal last year, but now we’ve got a fresh look at two new colourways likely to welcome the sneaker onto retail shelves in the coming months.
A brooding Black/Red version joins a regal Gold/Black, with both colourways blessed with the progressive flexible textile upper and space-inspired heel strap. The coordinates of Nike’s Beaverton headquarters are printed on the medial midfoot for a quirky touch, while the oversized Air Max cushioning adopts the primary shades, making a bold statement in the process.
The Jordan Proto-Max 720 is yet to receive a release date, but you can expect them to hit NDC and select retailers in June/July. We’ll bring you info as it surfaces.
