The Next JW Anderson x Converse Colab is Sweet As
JW Anderson and have partnered again to bring us the 'Toy' pack, a result of the Irish-born designer’s obsession with objects and collecting art.
Drawing inspiration from ceramic sculptures and artist Ron Nagle, the pack features some jellified Chucks. Sitting atop transparent midsoles is a ‘Gloss’ patent-leather upper, dressed in bright eye-catching colours to mimic the stucco of San Francisco. Low-tops come in tonal purple or pastel pink, while Hi-tops receive gummy gradients. Oversized fuzzy laces provide contrast and round out the aesthetic.
