Rumours a Jordan Brand x Nike Air Max 200 hybrid sneaker did the rounds at the end of 2019, and it didn’t take long for the real thing hit shelves in the New Year. The Jordan Air Max 200 isn’t the Air Jordan 5 concoction we expected, however, it does borrow a host of details from the popular Air Jordan 4.
Debuting in ‘Fire Red/Sail’, the uppers wear a warm red hue, while a cream midsole offsets the searing shade up top. A woven Jumpman tongue tab adds a welcome branding hit, complemented with ‘Nike AIR’ at the heel counter. For a futuristic aesthetic, the sidewalls receive semi-translucent overlays, allowing the supporting cage to pop through underneath. Last but not least, a speckled midsole will please the true Jordan heads.
The Jordan Air Max 200 is available now at overseas Nike accounts. Expect a US release in the coming weeks.
