The leakers posted that the ‘Beluga 2.0’ Yeezy BOOST 350 V2 will be restocking a mere five days after its initial release. According to recent rankings, the Beluga 2.0s are already the most accessible Yeezys to date. That means resellers trying to flip these will find it even harder to make a profit.
‘We’re trying to do our best to retrain the community so that maybe accessibility could be the new hype. To the point that maybe kids are open-minded enough to say, “I don’t have to buy into this mind-set of hard launch after hard launch."'
A change in ethos could be driving these restocks, or it could be something less intentional. An in-depth article by StockX offers one of the best breakdowns of adidas’ restock habits and concludes that, for the most part, they don’t know what they’re doing.
Regardless, keep an eye out for the Beluga 2.0s to reappear on adidas.com November 30.
