The adidas Superstar Gets the Lunar New Year Treatment

Last year, adidas celebrated the Year of the Rat with an announcement of a ' and the release of a . In 2020, Team Trefoil are kicking off the year with another Lunar New Year sneaker to add to the festive line up, turning to the 50-year-old Superstar model.

The iconic silhouette features lush Asian-inspired graphics on the Three Stripes branding and collar, which is nicely contrasted by the black leather upper, gold heel and white shell toe and midsole.

No official announcements have been made yet, but keep an eye out as we expect to hear something before the Chinese New Year at the end of January.
