The adidas Superstar Cuts a New Fringe

This quirky women’s  has emerged with an interesting kiltie tongue. The fringed lace flap is commonly found on boots and dress shoes, but looks just as good here on an old-school sneaker.

Because it’s such an audacious addition, adidas see fit to strip back the colourway to all-white, ensuring the kiltie becomes the main attraction. It’s uncertain whether it can be removed, but it’s likely to be threaded through the eyelets somehow.
