The Vans Old Skool is skate-sneaker royalty. It’s remained relatively unchanged since its inception in 1977, and was the first Vans shoe to bear the iconic sidestripe. It is without a doubt the brand’s most recognisable silhouette and has been a staple on and off the board since its launch.
It was also the model chosen by Supreme for their first sneaker collaboration, in 1996. Since then the Box Logo behemoths have revisited the silhouette over and over again. The next instalment is a pack that features a slick iridescent side stripe that gleams with a rainbow hue. Additionally, bouclé fabric replaces the familiar canvas upper. The collection will drop in four colourways – royal blue, orange, off-white and black.
The Supreme x Vans Old Skool will release in NY, LA, London, Paris and online on May 26, followed by a Japanese release on May 28.
