LA-based Steve Harrington has been working away at his local Makers Studio on a collection of colourfully customised classics. The artist's bouncy illustrative style has been applied to the and in a number of ways, with the overall theme taking on a Los Angeles urban-tropicana vibe.

The man himself will be hanging about at the LA Makers Studio from now until February 20, so if you can make it down there he might even be nice enough to scrawl his name on a pair and BOOM – instant collector's item.
