Sneakersnstuff are nothing if not inventive when it comes to their collaborations. Just about every colab the Swedish sneakerstore has brought out has had an elaborate backstory into the inspiration behind the shoe and the 'Swedish Satellite Pack' is no exception. In 1966 a Swedish-made Hasselblad camera became lost on a spacewalk to forever orbit the Earth as the 'first Swedish Satellite'. SNS have chosen to honour this accidental milestone in a three-shoe collaboration with adidas. The Superstar, Stan Smith and Tubular Runner have been chosen to represent the camera, spacesuit and stars respectively. Each shoe is packed with details including lens markings on the heel of the Superstars, star-shaped perforations and velcro-attachable tongue tag on the Stan Smiths, and hidden reflective stars on the Tubulars. Peep the reveal video below and hit up SNS for the full breakdown on each shoe. The release on these is staggered with the Stand Smiths releasing September 12th, the Tubular Runners dropping September 16th and the Superstars up for sale on September 19th.
