In many ways size? are crate-diggers rifling through adidas’ back catalogue to unearth forgotten rarities as part of their Archive collection. The next deep cut to get a spin is the scarcely seen München .
Dropping as a duo, the first pair is a remix of a red and yellow colourway used on a Japanese version of the rare Athens silhouette. The second hit is a flipped version of last year’s Stretford – a sweet B-side if you will – a colourway that nods to Manchester United’s first Euro Cup win where the team played in a blue and black away strip. Each retro sneaker is comprised of premium suede with leather accents on the stripes across the sidewalls and heeltab.
Staggering the release schedule, the red version which will launch online and in selected size? stores on July 29. With the blue to follow. Sound good?
