Shake Shack Nab Limited Edition Sneaker Collaboration
Shake Shack, owners of America's best or second-best burger depending which coast you’re on, have scored a sneaker colab. The fast food company has worked with Allbirds on their Tree Runner to deliver a limited edition drop. The special shoe will be sold only at Shake Shack's Madison Square Park location.
If you’re not familiar, Allbirds are an eco-friendly brand who make a kind of anti-sneakerhead sneaker, a shoe for people who don’t like excess. They’re big in San Francisco, where hoody-wearing start-up founders are known for a style that prizes comfort and ideals above all else. In a recent article, Allbirds were described as being to the Bay Area ‘what Timberlands are to New York City’.
We’ve got a feeling they’re not what most of you will be lining up for, but if you’re lining up for Shake Shack in Madison Square Park and need some footwear to watch Netflix in, you can grab these and the special ‘Hokey Pokey’ shake they come with on May 24.
