Joachim Friis has been on top of the Danish sneaker scene since the 90s, filtering all the need-to-know info from up north through his blog Seveninch. With an intimate knowledge of what it takes to make a classic, Friis has joined forces with Hummel to collaborate on the DHB silhouette.
The Hummel DHB was originally designed for the German Handball Federation in 1976, a cutting edge design at the time but these days the shoe has a clean, simple look. The Seveninch colab features premium white leather and a translucent gum sole, while the double chevron branding on the sides comes alive at night with a reflective shine.
The Seveninch x Hummel Hive DHB is limited to 250 pairs worldwide. Your first chance to cop will be on February 23, when the shoes release at Hanon, then on February 25 they’ll be available at select stockists around the world.
