The adidas Predator cleat was developed back in 1994 by Australian footballer Craig Johnson. Football fans are rejoicing now that the model's been retroed as part of the Stripes' new Skystalker pack. The revamped Predator18+ will release in on- and off-pitch versions, meaning you'll be able to rock the historic cleat without studs cramping your style.
Unsurprisingly, adidas couldn't resist making a few 21st Century tweaks to the OG model. Both the players' and spectators' versions will feature the brand's signature Purecut laceless system and Sockfit ankle support, making for some nice soccer slide-ons. And – you guessed it – there's BOOST in the boot's midsole. The cleat will be worn by footballers like Mesut Ozil and Paul Pogba.
The streetwear version has been dubbed the Predator18+ Tango. It pays tribute to the OG's black and red colourway through its midsole accents and a subtle woven upper.
Score both pairs now at retailers like Ultra Football.
