Last year Politics and Jordan Brand joined forces to throw a block party in New Orleans, celebrating with an early release of the Air Jordan 3 'Katrina' retro. Now, with 2019's Politics x Jordan block party nearly here, the Bayou-based sneaker retailer and the Jumpman have yet another special release up their sleeves: a collaboration low-top AJ1.
Dropping the day of this year's block party, the colab comes decked out in off-white suede and features a gum rubber midsole alongside bright pink hits to the laces, insoles and outsole. Finally, black contrasts line the shoe and take care of the Politics 'P' logos on the upper and insoles.
Limited to just 504 pairs as a nod to the local area code, the special Air Jordan 1 Low drops May 10 for $100 at Politics New Orleans.
