Pharrell's partnership with adidas has impacted the brand's recent success in a big way. His HU NMD releases were among the most sought-after of 2016 – amplifying NMD hype to epic proportions – and the Tennis Hu continues the creative genius's colourful reign as the brand's most playful ambassador.
Today, we've finally received our very first look at the Hu NMD's follow-up shoe. Dubbed the 'Hu NMD TR', the BOOST sole unit has been updated with a jagged-toothed outsole, while the bootie silhouette – other than its knitted construction – remains largely the same. Its rugged outsole for added traction hints that this will be a winter release, lending further weight to Yeezy Mafia's release date leak.
Official photos of two colourways – the loud 'Noble Ink/Bold Yellow' and monotone 'Core Black/Footwear White' – have surfaced, with two more styles reportedly joining the drop.
We're still waiting to receive additional information and official word from adidas Originals, so stay tuned for more updates!
