Peels and Vans Create a Workwear-Inspired Slip-On
Young NYC upstart Peels is primarily known for its heritage-inspired work shirts, so when the brand teamed up with for a brand new collaboration, Peels naturally looked straight at its signature piece of apparel as a source of inspiration.
The resulting not only come clad in dark suede at the toe and heel, but also employ striped heavy-duty work shirt–like textiles. Peels also ditched the usual foxing stripe to streamline things a bit, while the brand's signature word mark and rose are embroidered across the left and right heels, respectively.
Last but not least, Peels and Vans also crafted a corresponding tee and sweatshirt to complement the drop.
The Slip-Ons and apparel will be available from the on Saturday, September 14.
