Just two decades ago, the idea of a footwear collaboration was an all-but-unheard-of concept. Nowadays, things are a little different in the sneaker world. Not a week goes by without at least one sneaker dropping with a coveted co-sign. True, the dual-colab is a mainstay and even the triple-colab is becoming a common occurrence, but the quadruple-colab? That's a path less travelled. In a fusion of East meets West, Japanese retail giant atmos has joined together with underground toy-brand-cum-streetwear-label Bounty Hunter and New Jersey's Packer Shoes to tackle Reebok's Insta Pump Fury.
As is to be expected from Bounty Hunter, the Fury adopts a sinister black and white appearance, with full grain leather channeling a vintage biker jacket vibe. Breaking up the darkness, reflective hits have been added to the heel and Pump in the form of Bounty Hunter's iconic branding, along with reflective tongue and heel loops. A Skull Kun vinyl toy, BH's signature overbite mascot, is included with each pair for that special touch, while a quadruple co-sign on the inner sole solidifies this colossal collaboration.
The Packer x atmos x Bounty Hunter x Reebok Insta Pump Fury will release April 29th, exclusively through Packer Shoes.
