Virgil Abloh's 'The Ten' collection for Nike was one of 2017's most coveted collaborations. Of the ten shoes on offer, none was more sought after than the Air Jordan 1 (which now commands four-figure resale sums).
Following weeks of rumours, Abloh's second AJ1 colourway has been officially confirmed. The crispy white make-up made its formal debut at Paris Fashion Week in Off-White's 'Business Casual' runway show. The new iteration retains the overall structure of Abloh's original AJ1, but opts for a neutral colour combination of white and cream. In line with the muted look, the shoe's signature zip tie has been switched from red to baby blue.
No release date for the second Off-White x Air Jordan 1 has been officially announced at this point in time, but we can rest easy knowing now that the shoe is definitely on the way.
Current speculation points to a February 2018 release, potentially alongside the next Off-White x Air VaporMax make-ups. We'll keep you up to date on all the latest Off-White developments.
