LA-based independent footwear house No.One has unveiled their latest uber-limited project — the Charlie ‘Mud Cloth’ Edition.
Drawing inspiration from classic cap-toed basketball sneakers, the brand’s Charlie silhouette has been decked out in a proprietary triple-layer textile makeup, which consists of an exterior layer of vintage mud cloth sourced from Mali, Africa. The top is backed by a heat-welded mesh layer and finished with luxurious French plonge lambskin. A heat-welded tongue and eyelet panels, along with a full-length rubber sole unit, complete the look.
This shoe is hand lasted and assembled at the No.One Studio in Los Angeles.
Limited to just 16 pairs, the Charlie ‘Mud Cloth’ Edition is available from No.One’s official website for $575 USD.
