Nike's Air Max 97 Proves its Mettle
The Christian Tresser—designed has always looked good with a metallic sheen, but a lot of that has to do with nostalgia. It’s impossible for sneakerheads to look at the ‘Silver Bullet’ and not feel a way because it’s so ingrained in the culture.
However, this new threesome proves its mettle by crushing the shiny look without any preconceived notions or colab status. ‘White/Silver’, ‘Black/Silver’ and ‘Black/Gold’ iterations make excellent use of the water ripple–inspired uppers, each donning fiery red Swooshes.
Release dates for these aren’t readily available. But given they just appeared on , they’ll be in stores before you know it.
