Throwing back to 1985, Nike are honouring the birth of the Dunk with the ultimate OG mash-up. Released with an iconic ‘Be True To Your School’ advertising campaign, the Dunk made its debut in seven colourways shared by seven top colleges in the United States, including the universities of Iowa, Michigan and Syracuse. Struck with a dose of ‘What The’ inspiration, Nike’s Japanese design team amalgamated original Dunk lineup into one outrageous technicolour combination.
For a special touch, these Dunks come equipped with multicolour tongue tags, CO.JP branding on the insoles and, best of all, two-tone split Swooshes – a feature never before seen on the Dunk.
The Nike 'What The' Dunk Low JP 'Be True To Your School' will release through select retailers on July 22, exclusively in Japan.
