Nike Spruce Up the Air Max 1 With Crepe Soles
Nike’s iconic silhouette has received its fair share of tweaks throughout the years, with the addition of a unique crepe sole one of the most memorable mix-ups to date. We haven’t seen the latex material on the AM1 for quite some time, but Team Swoosh are bringin’ it back in 2018.
They’ve gone all out with this one, using a navy nubuck upper complemented with soft terry cloth on the tongue and Swoosh. Dark blue-green corduroy hits the midfoot and lower throat, while burgundy suede features on the heel and near the top eyelet. A classic white midsole joins the crepe outsole, completing this wild AM1 iteration.
