Nike Speed Toward World Cup With New Mercurial Superfly
Hailed as one of the zippiest and most lightweight football boots on the market, late last week in Madrid Cristiano Ronaldo unveiled the latest addition to the Nike football family. Flaunting an all-new Flyknit construction, the boot is said to offer a zero distraction form-fitting feel with its Dynamic Fit Collar and seamless upper.
'With its new design innovations, the 2014 Superfly makes a quantum leap forward in what high performance boots can be – and what they can help players achieve,' said Nike, Inc. President and CEO Mark Parker at the Madrid unveiling. 'Fuelled by Nike Flyknit technology and with a bold new silhouette, the Mercurial Superfly will be the boot of choice for the game’s fastest players.'
The first two colorways on offer are a saturated red and yellow edition, alongside a slightly a more conservative black delivery highlighted by pink and volt pops. Either one you choose to wear, you're gonna wanna bring your A game, because when you're rocking space science like this on the field there are strictly no mistakes allowed.
