UPDATE: The Nike SF Air Force 1 was originally pitched as a ComplexCon exclusive, and subsequently went nuts on the resell market. But, if you couldn't make it to the event and felt slighted at having to miss out, the Swoosh has you covered. The full grain leather 'Triple White' will be seeing a wider release on the SNKRS page of Nike online on December 8. Don't miss out twice!

ComplexCon is kicking off in Cali on November 5 and it looks like they’ve jammed everything you could imagine into a single weekend. So it seems apropos that a shoe like the Nike SF Air Force 1 would premier at such an event, as the new hybrid looks to be equipped with every conceivable doodad known to man. The high cut Uptown is a blend of AF1 and SFB (Special Field Boot), strapped up to the calf with Velcro and a braided para-cord clip, which you could use in the most dire survival situation. Just picture this; walking into the conference, Tommy Ton zeros in on your fire Margiela – the moment you’ve prepared for is finally happening – then you realise he’s looking past you to Lawrence Schlossman draped in the same fit. What do you do? You crack the clip, unravel that cord and abseil your ass out of that conference because there are no second chances in the harsh world of street style and you just played yourself. These rugged boots will see you through your days in exile, but sadly you’re new wi-fi free existence will shelter you from the moment that went viral, as you were abseiling into obscurity, when Nick Wooster called from the distance “What are those?”

The Nike SF Air Force 1 will be available at ComplexCon on November 5 and 6.
