Even the least numerically astute sneakerheads out there will have clued onto the fact that this year marks the 20th anniversary of our esteemed Ai. For many it’s a top-five style – the would have been crazy to let the milestone pass by without making a bit if a fuss. And so, a deservedly big fuss was made.
The next act in the year-long variety show of 97 releases brings a quintet of colourways put together using the OG style of construction, featuring layered leather and mesh panels, and with that elongated air unit down below. There are simple black and white options fronting the drop, while a trio of soft pastel premium versions are backing them up.
