Nike Reveal 'Have a Nike Day' AM97 Release Date

It’s been rumoured since , but the have finally confirmed that the ‘Have a Nike Day’ will front their Air Max Day 2019 lineup.

With muted colours emphasising the 97’s waves, comparisons with Air Max Day 2018’s runaway hit aren’t unwarranted. However, the heavy dose of Nike branding draws more from recent logo-mania.

March releases have been met with unbounded hype in recent years, but jury’s out on whether this drop will have the same impact. With a market saturated with (and quickly tiring of) hyperbranding, fans’ interest may have waned come drop day — only time will tell.

We’re definitely interested to see how this one plays out and will keep an eye on the March 23 release.
