Before racking up 26 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and two steals in a 107-106 Lakers win over the Atlanta Hawks, LeBron James took to Instagram to show off a special PE of his Nike LeBron 15.
Seemingly an unreleased #LeBronWatch leftover from the 2017/18 NBA season, the design pays homage to a player-exclusive edition of the Air Jordan 5 that MJ himself rocked in 1990. Familiar design elements abound as the predominately black look, '23' embroidery, and fighter jet-like 'teeth' on the midsole all echo the look of the iconic 'Black/Metallic' AJ5. Like Jordan's own PE, this LeBron 15 ditches the design's usual black laces in favour of white and sports a simple red lace lock. Finishing touches include red Dunkman logos and reflective pull tabs.
Don't expect to get your hands on these anytime soon: according to the King himself, this is the only pair in existence.
