Nike and Jordan Brand have come together in the name of social equality for the annual Black History Month (BHM) collection. There’s a little something for everyone, with the pack offering modern silhouettes like the Kyrie 3, LeBron 14 and KD 9; athletic styles like LunarEpic and Flare; retro Air Force 1s and Jordans; and then there’s the Jordan Trunner coming out of left field.
The range incorporates marbled elements, a visual metaphor for the blending of black and white and the harmony of the movement. Hints of gold make their way onto each design, referencing the achievements of African-American athletes across all levels of sport.
The 2017 Nike BHM collection will be available from February 16 on NDC, while the Jordan Brand offering will drop on February 11.
