UPDATE: As stealthy as these 'Triple Black' Flyknit Racers are, we're not about to let their release slip by quietly. To further entice you, we've got new photos here showing the shoe lurking in the shadows, looking as sharp as covert bomber jet. These are all but guaranteed to sell out on arrival, so get the plastic ready for a rinsing when they drop at Overkill on November 30.
UPDATE: The triple black Nike Flyknit Racer, officially known as 'Midnight', is closing in. We can safely say it'll be in high demand, so let's hope the Swoosh knitting department has been working overtime. Keep your eyes peeled for the drop on November 30 over on Nike.com.
The Nike Flyknit Racer was a game-changer when it first dropped. At the time, Flyknit was a revelation and the sneaker’s lithe silhouette was celebrated both on track and on the high street simultaneously. After an initial range of ultra-bright iterations and then some super special treatments, à la hand-dyed indigo, we finally get a ‘Triple Black’ colourway. Already well and truly sleek, the lightweight runner looks incomparably streamlined in the total tonal takeover. The patterned Flyknit weave of the upper shows no other hue and is adorned with a blacked-out Swoosh. Finished with a dark outsole and a Volt insole, the latest Flyknit colourway is text-book perfection.
No offical word on a release date as yet for the Nike Flyknit Racer Triple Black. Stay tuned.
