Nike introduced the Flyknit Racer to the world as a sneaker that contained some of the most advanced running technology available at the time. But what happens when the Flyknit Racer wants to switch up the materials – can we keep calling it by the same name? Apparently not, according to these new images from France.
Doing away with the light knit, this Dualtone racer is covered instead in shades of ‘Oatmeal’ nubuck. It’s a move that seems to pitch the Racer as a lifestyle model – and we can’t help but love the new direction.
Nike are yet to officially sound in on the release of the Dualtone Racer. We’ll let you know as soon as they do.
