UPDATE: The rumours are true – the Nike Flyknit Racer 'Oreo 2.0' is returning to shelves. The infinitely wearable make-up of the lightweight runner will be hitting select Swoosh stockists on February 10. If you've passed on these on previous releases, then make sure you correct that mistake. You won't regret it!
New images from trusted sneaker sleuth US11 hint that Nike might be rereleasing one of their most popular Flyknit Racers. The progeny of the OG 'Oreo' Flyknit Racer, this ‘Oreo 2’ is characterised by a darker weave, and a midsole that swaps grey detailing for black. The adaption of the colourway first released in 2015, and was a must-have for Racer disciples. Demand for the shoe was even deemed suitable for a Black Friday restock, but these new images could mean we're lucking out with a third chance to cop. Until Nike weigh in, nothing is definitive – but you should definitely be keeping an eye out.
Stay tuned and we’ll update you posted with more info as soon as it surfaces.
