Nike continue their partnership with the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) Sports Coalition today by bringing an all new #BETRUE collection to the table. Comprising Free Run 5.0 and OG editions and a Nike SB Zoom Janoski, all three models come in basic black with the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender signature rainbow scheme adding the accenting.
“We are a company committed to diversity, inclusion and unleashing human potential,” said Tim Hershey, Nike Vice President of Global Merchandising and Executive Chair of Nike's LGBT & Friends Employee Network. “Nike believes if you have a body you are an athlete and we’re delighted that #BETRUE is becoming a call-to-action for all athletes to be their most authentic selves.”
The #BETRUE Collection will be available along with a matching apparel capsule beginning June 3 at select factory stores and on June 5 on nike.com and at select Nike Stores.
