UPDATE: Sneakerheads Stateside have picked shelves dry of this clean take on the Pippen pro-model, but collectors across the pond now have their chance to add this gum-sole Uptempo to their arsenal.

The reissue of the has intersected the popular sneaker trends of uncommon retro ball shoes and brazen branding and has been received crazy well as a result. Add to that the über hyped release, and you’ve got the hot hands effect in a sneaker. The latest (and maybe last for a while) to hit stores is this ‘White/Gum’ option that juxtaposes aggressive branding with a calming white. Gum then sticks the shoe to the ground and is accented with a cheeky Swoosh on the lateral heel.
