Nike Air Pegasus 92/16
have never been the type to shy away from overhauling a classic. The reworked Nike Air , dubbed the ‘Pegasus 92/16’, comes as further evidence of the Swoosh’s unending quest to rejuvenate time-tested silhouettes with future tech. The updated Pegasus sees the 1992 model gallop into the present, assisted by two modern alterations. The sole now boasts Free forefoot flex and is joined by a lightweight Hyperfuse upper.
Perhaps in preparation for Rio 2016, the Pegasus 92/16 will drop in a reconfiguration of the patriotic colourway sported by Team USA at the Barcelona Olympics. The red, white and blue upper is joined by a metallic gold hit on the heel that shines brighter than its OG predecessor. Also releasing will be an ultra-crispy ‘Triple White’ compatriot.
Expect both colourways to release via select retailers later this month.
