Air 89 has traversed the technical tightrope and reached the other side as a fully equipped, contemporary version of its former self. The new Tech PRT version does away with the bulky panelling of its predecessor, opting instead for a single piece, patterned synthetic forefoot section, propped up with fused details. A neoprene sock has been built into the heel, which is reinforced by a cage structure. The new Peg is as supportive as any that came before it, but has shed plenty of weight to bring it into the now.
