Nike Air Max 97 Ultra (Sequoia)

Whenever release a modernised version of an old favourite, the critics come out to play – such has been the case with the Ultra.

A slicked-back version of a late-90s classic, the new design has not only corrupted the integrity of the OG – or so they’ll tell you – but it’s also introduced a whole new generation of sneakerheads to the silhouette, diluting its purity to those who were there ‘back in the day.' But as far as we’re concerned, the future is bright – the more the merrier. You don’t have to like it, but with colourways like this new ‘Sequoia’ there’s a good chance you’ll be come around.
